GCSE Results Day - Thursday 22nd August 2023
Staff will be in school to distribute your GCSE results on Thursday 22nd August 2024 from 8:30 to 10.30am in the Main Hall. If for any reason you cannot come along on the day, you have the following options:
- Give Mrs Hinch a written note with your permission for a family member to collect your results (that person must have a photographic ID and be named on the note).
- Email via your school email account to both myself and Mrs Hinch that you would like your results emailed to you. Emails will be sent once the Results event has finished in the Main Hall. This will most likely be after 11.30am.
- Supply Mrs Hinch with a stamped addressed envelope for your results to be posted to your home address.
If you have any concerns about your results, you should speak with a member of staff as soon as you receive them in order to discuss the options available to you. Please see the table of options below:

*Please note a Review of Marking is not a re-marking of the script. It is a review of the original marking to ensure the agreed mark scheme has been applied correctly.
Mrs Hinch (Examinations Officer) will be available to action review of marking and access to copy scripts requests on Friday 23rd August and Tuesday 27th August between 9am – 2pm.
Please note that your school email address and network account will become obsolete from the 1st September 2024. Therefore you will need to contact Mrs Hinch using your personal email details for any Review of Marking requests. If you would like any of the documents or data in your school network area, you must save it before that date. We will need to set up a “Visitor” ParentPay account for you if you decide to make any Enquiry About Results requests after 1st September 2024. If you have any queries or questions, please email me.
Can I remind you to bring into school on Results Day any unwanted uniform, revision guides as well as any outstanding library books and laptops that the school may have loaned to you.
Best wishes,
Mrs Foucher - Deputy Headteacher
